Review of the 2005 Season Another great year! Our bid for the ACU FSRA Super F2 Championship started well at Croft in early April with top five finishes. Results continued to improve and in July we took our first victory at Oulton Park. After two more race wins at Castle Coombe we were in the lead and needed only a 3rd place finish in our last race to take the Championship. A fantastic race and a 2nd place position ensured we were crowned ACU FSRA F2 and Super F2 Champions. We competed in the Isle of Man TT with a creditable 13th place in Race A. Other highlights included winning the Andy Brown and John Dowling Memorial Trophy and an exciting win at the Festival of Sidecars at Mallory Park.

Review of the 2004 Season Acquired a new Yamaha powered Ireson for the start of the season. Tested the outfit by racing at Elvington in mid March and despite wet and windy weather all went well. Entered Derby Phoenix Formula 2 Championship with racing starting at Snetterton in late March. Began to get to grips with the outfit and our placings started to improve as the meeting progressed. We came away full of confidence and from then on there was no looking back. Other highlights of the Year were competing in the Isle of Man TT for the first time and in the FSRA Super F2 meeting at Cadwell Park where we took a win in the second race, beating some of the best sidecar racers in Britain. Derby Phoenix Championship Presentation 2004
Isle of Man TT Races 2004 Our first visit to the races as competitors was very exciting bat also very nerve racking! The first lap was pretty frightening, thirty seven and three quarter miles of narrow country roads lined with dry stone walls, buildings, trees etc and very bumpy surfaces. As practice week went on we began to overcome our nerves and our times became progressively better.
We found this a great
experience and are looking forward to returning in 2005
